1. Program Overview

The EWAI Scholarship Reward Program is a performance-based incentive designed by ExamWithAI Computer Academy, Lucknow. This program aims to support our students financially while fostering leadership and networking skills by rewarding successful student referrals.

2. Scholarship Structure & Milestone Rewards

The scholarship is divided into three progressive milestones. Each step must be completed within the stipulated timeframe to unlock the next reward:

3. Eligibility & Progression Rules

  • Sequential Completion: A student can only progress to the next step after successfully completing the previous one.
  • Automatic Expiration: If a student fails to meet the target for Step 1 within the 10-day window, all subsequent coupons (Step 2 and Step 3) will automatically expire and become void.
  • Strict Deadlines: Time limits are non-negotiable. If a milestone is not reached within the specified days, the reward for that step and all future steps will be forfeited.
  • Valid Admission: A referral is considered “successful” only after the referred student completes the admission formalities and deposits the initial course fee.

4. Payment & Redemption Process

  • Payment Methods: Rewards will be disbursed via Cash or Digital Transfer (UPI/NEFT) by the Academy administration.
  • Real-time Tracking: Students can track their progress, see the names of linked referrals, and view payment transaction IDs through their personal EWAI Student Dashboard.
  • Verification: The Academy reserves the right to verify every referral. Any attempt to use fraudulent data or duplicate registrations will lead to immediate disqualification from the program.

5. Student Motivation & Engagement

  • Dashboard Transparency: The system is designed to provide full transparency. Students are encouraged to use their unique Coupon Codes to ensure their referrals are tracked accurately.
  • Earned vs. Remaining: The Dashboard clearly displays “Earned Scholarship” to keep students motivated toward achieving the total potential reward of ₹3,000/-.

6. Rights of the Academy

  • Modifications: ExamWithAI Computer Academy reserves the right to modify the reward amounts, durations, or terms of this program at any time without prior notice.
  • Final Decision: In case of any dispute regarding referrals or payouts, the decision of the Academy Management shall be final and binding.
